I had a very nice evening on the Sunborn London Yacht. The room was great, very big and comfortable. The super nice team and friendly, particularly Kiran were really nice to make my stay enjoyable. Ingrida at the front desk was very professional and attentive. The yacht itself was very clean and secure. The location was perfect for accessing the O2 arena. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a unique hotel located close to the city centre. The location was convenient, with North Greenwich tube station just a short walk away. I also had the option of taking a boat taxi to explore the city. The Land End restaurant on the yacht served excellent food, which was well-prepared and presented. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a refreshing tray and daily replenished biscuits. The small bathroom was warm and had a secure hairdryer.
It was a bit disappointing that the bar area could get busy, and it was sometimes difficult to find a table.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the Emirates cable car and beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. We particularly enjoyed eating breakfast outside the restaurant in a lovely area and the perfect service from the waitress who took a photograph and said she would advise the manager. The leisure facilities were also great, with a spa and wellness centre and a sun terrace.
We would highly recommend this place to others.
